In other words, we strive to be the best we can be.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must follow all applicable safety procedures</li>\n <li>Must actively support all 5S and daily cleaning initiatives</li>\n <li>Reporting to the Mold Change Supervisor, will perform mold changes daily as scheduled</li>\n <li>Demonstrate a sense of urgency to safely and correctly perform mold changes, repair mold problems while supporting production requirements, and may be called on to work off-hours in emergency situations</li>\n <li>As a secondary function, will assist in the Toolroom in mold and hot runner disassembly and reassembly</li>\n <li>Perform mold related Preventive Maintenance: disassembly, cleaning, lubricating, and reassembly</li>\n <li>Repair water and hydraulic leaks as needed</li>\n <li>Will support in-press mold repair, louver plate management/maintenance, and may be called to assist with removal of parts that have become stuck in mold during production run</li>\n <li>Willingness to learn all aspects of mold repair activities</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> QUALIFICATIONS: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Basic understanding of Injection Molding processes</li>\n <li>Fork-Lift and Man-Lift equipment experience, in-house certification will be needed, may be required to safely work at elevated heights on larger sized molding machines</li>\n <li>Must be familiar with approved overhead crane and rigging techniques and be willing to become certified in advanced rigging skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Company Benefits:</h2>\n<p><strong>Health & Welfare Benefits:</strong> Medical and prescription drug plans, telemedicine (with medical plan), High-Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) and Health Savings Account (HSA), dental and vision plans, virtual physical therapy*, an employee assistance program (EAP)*, and voluntary accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnification programs.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> <strong>Financial Benefits:</strong> Retirement 401k program with company match, an employee stock purchase plan (voluntary), financial wellness planning*, paid parental leave*, flexible spending accounts (FSA) for child care and health care, short-term and long-term disability*, basic life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D)*, adoption financial reimbursement*, tuition reimbursement*, voluntary life insurance (for employees, spouses, and children), and voluntary identity theft and fraud protection. </p>\n<p>*100% paid by ADS.</p>\n<h2>EEO Statement</h2>\n<p>ADS supports an inclusive workplace that values diversity of thought, experience, and background.
