Description

Location: Duluth, MN Department: Administration Employment Type: Full-Time Connect Communities. Grow Your Career. Make an Impact. As an Office Coordinator you will support office administrative functions and processes with assistance, backup, and coordination duties. Assists with planning and coordinating office-wide processes such as facilities maintenance, space planning, moves, equipment installations, and other events or projects with internal and external stakeholders. Whether you’re beginning your career or bringing years of hands-on experience, this role offers training, and clear advancement paths that let you grow at your own pace. What You’ll Do You will be Customer facing and will meet, greet and welcome ImOn customers at the front desk. Answer questions about ImOn service, process orders, take bill payments and direct traffic to proper the departments/individuals to best assist the customer. Monitor inventory and place orders for office equipment, supplies, or provisions. Support day-to-day office operations, including supplies, mail, shipping, and office organization Act as a point of contact for office visitors, vendors, and internal team members Assist with scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and preparing meeting materials Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and file management Provide general support on special projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed. What We’re Looking For Strong customer service skills A positive, professional attitude even in challenging situations Dependability and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to prepare for emerging customer needs Comfortable and able to manage multiple projects Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizations and time management skills are required for success in this position. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to articulate relevant information in an organized and concise manner. Must be able to work proactively and independently with minimal supervision. Must be flexible, able to multi-task effectively and maintain composure during high activity periods.
