    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<div>\n <strong>In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:</strong>\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n  <li>Extracts Open PO Report - Convert PR to PO</li>\n  <li>Collaborates with suppliers for PO acknowledgement and confirmations</li>\n  <li>Updates ERP with confirmation dates</li>\n  <li>Communicates with the plant on specific queries related to PO</li>\n  <li>Checks the supply/demand and decide items for release to replenish stock</li>\n  <li>Implements exception messages in SAP, Oracle, plant ERP (Expedite, Defer, etc)</li>\n  <li>Liaises with Suppliers for deliveries, maintain promise dates and order confirmations</li>\n  <li>Collaborates with Global Stakeholders including Category Managers, Production &amp; Inventory Control Manager and Value Stream Managers for Material Availability.</li>\n  <li>Leads Supplier Relationship Management process with internal and External supplier in collaboration with SPE (Supplier Performance Engineer) &amp; Category leaders to improve supplier RDSL.</li>\n  <li>Collaborates with finance for Supplier On Time payment.</li>\n  <li>Completes Material Master Set up and associated activities</li>\n  <li>Requisition to PO Conversion for MRO Items</li>\n  <li>Validate Supplier Lead Times based on the Lead times for delivery</li>\n  <li>Coordinates Material Master Data Audits in the ERP</li>\n  <li>Communicates with Plant/Site Buyers on the actions and resolutions</li>\n  <li>Supports Team to prepare monthly/quarterly/annual management reports for Customer and Suppliers</li>\n  <li>Raises supplier delivery issues to PIC Manager (Supply Chain Manager) and Planning team</li>\n  <li>Stay up to date on Parked/blocked invoice report and resolve discrepancy’s in a timely manner to ensure</li>\n  <li>Negotiates with vendors to acquire the best cost (as applicable) and delivery requirements while supporting inventory turns</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div>\n <br>\n &nbsp;\n</div>\n<div>\n <strong>Who You Are:</strong>\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul>\n  <li>You Hold self and others accountable to meet commitments.
