It (Requires 2 Yrs Sobriety). &nbsp;CRMs will also assist people from other programs on a limited basis as needed, and provides regular support to clients through direct interactions, advocacy, and provision of transportation and referrals to community-based resources, as well as facilitation of classes, support groups, and group activities.</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</strong></p><ol><li>Participates and provides recovery coaching to people involved with BestCare Treatment Services through the following methods:</li><li>Telephone contact with clients</li><li>Provides client transportation</li><li>Provides recovery coaching for clients during activities</li><li>Makes home visits on a limited basis</li><li>Supervises sober housing as needed</li><li>Assists prep and clean-up for evening groups;</li><li>Provides individual, couples, and family support;</li><li>Attends program and all staff meetings as well as weekly supervision meetings;</li><li>Provides direct support to detoxing clients as needed;</li><li>Provides direct support to clients as they transition from detox to outpatient services;</li><li>Works with the Supervisor to design and implement education, referral, and parent components of the program;</li><li>Helps to facilitate classes and support groups along with group activities to ensure that they are sufficiently supervised and run smoothly;</li><li>Maintains case notes of client contact;</li><li>Completes attendance sheets, required report forms, and report client participation to Supervisor;</li><li>Maintains a personal recovery program, if appropriate, as well as models recovery-appropriate behavior; &nbsp;</li><li>Other related duties as assigned.</li></ol><p><strong>ORGANIZATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ol><li>Performs work in alignment with the BestCare’s mission, vision, values;</li><li>Supports the organization’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion by fostering a culture of open-mindedness, cultural awareness, compassion, and respect for all individuals;</li><li>Strives to meet Program/Department goals and supports the organization’s strategic goals;</li><li>Adheres to the organization’s Code of Conduct, Business Ethics, Employee Handbook, and all other relevant policies, procedures, and other compliance needs;</li><li>Understands and maintains professionalism and confidentiality per HIPAA, 42 CFR, and Oregon Statutes;</li><li>Attends required program/staff meetings and completes assigned training timely and satisfactorily;</li><li>Ensures that any required certifications and/or licenses are kept current and renewed timely;</li><li>Works independently as well as participates as a positive, collaborative team member;</li><li>Performs other organizational duties as needed.</li></ol>",
