          "text": "<p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with applicable legislation, policies, and procedures</li><li>Provide leadership, supervision, and direction to electrical crews on site, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards</li><li>Coordinate daily work activities, manpower, and resources to meet project requirements</li><li>Provide technical knowledge and guidance on electrical and/or instrumentation equipment and systems</li><li>Ensure proper interpretation and execution of electrical drawings, specifications, and work packages</li><li>Provide direction in establishing electrical and instrumentation requirements for existing and new facilities</li><li>Review and support approval of electrical and/or instrumentation design documents (drawings, specifications, data sheets, etc.)</li><li>Review electrical, instrumentation, and construction work packages to ensure completeness and constructability</li><li>Support and oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and start-up activities for electrical systems in the field</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve field issues, providing guidance to crews and coordinating with engineering as required</li><li>Maintain ongoing communication with project management, engineering, and other trades</li><li>Support ongoing operations post-commissioning as required</li><li>Other duties as required</li></ul>",
