    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Operate equipment and wells by applying operating and safety procedures and guidelines to meet daily operational plan, reduce equipment failure and efficient resources administration. This role supports daily production activities, performs routine maintenance, monitors well performance, and assists with troubleshooting and optimization efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience with pumping operations, gas lift systems, ESPs, and plunger lift systems.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible to implement on daily work objectives, housekeeping, safety, health, environmental and security</li>\n <li>Active participation on daily toolbox meetings and regular, reported safety meetings</li>\n <li>Identify and implement corrective and optimization actions by the continuous surveillance of wells and equipment to ensure reliable, efficient and safe operational conditions</li>\n <li>Function as Equipment Care Technician, and routinely use Maintenance skills in performing simple maintenance activities</li>\n <li>Report when the alarm, emergency or emergency shutdown system is out of service</li>\n <li>Provide detailed, clear and accurate information when changing shift, to guarantee that unit conditions are updated and ensure operations continuity </li>\n <li>Coordinate, control and monitor maintenance jobs according with the corrective, predictive and preventive planning </li>\n <li>Report continuously in the log book all relevant operational events and abnormal situations or deviation occurred in the work area, equipment or personnel</li>\n <li>Take samples of products for laboratory analysis and execute field laboratory tests</li>\n <li>Active participation on emergency response activities</li>\n <li>Report incidents internally and escalate awareness as per the Incident Reporting Guidelines</li>\n <li>Ensure that Operations Shift Supervisor is informed and consulted about operations activities</li>\n <li>Ensure good communication across the work team so that issues / actions can be adequately addressed</li>\n <li>Provide the basic facts concerning well producing problems, current production rates, and current condition of the well</li>\n <li>Ensure that the well problem diagnostics are thorough and complete before requesting Well Work intervention operations</li>\n <li>Ensure that the wellhead and well surface equipment are maintained and are in good working order prior to Wellwork operations taking over responsibility for the well for intervention operations</li>\n <li>Provide assistance and support to the ongoing Wellwork operations as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 3 years of production operations/Lease Operator experience required. </li>\n <li>High school diploma or GED equivalent required.</li>\n <li>Valid US Driver's License with acceptable driving record required.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of Gas Lift, ESP (Electric Submersible Pump), and Plunger Lift systems required.</li>\n <li>Computer proficiency and ability to maintain electronic records and reports.</li>\n <li>Strong communication and teamwork skills.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of safety programs, emergency response procedures, and industry regulations.</li>\n <li>Physical Requirements - Must be able to lift 40 lbs., climb ladders and stairs. Walking, bending stopping is required. Must be able to wear personal protective equipment. Must be able to respond to visual and audible alarms.</li>\n <li>Must be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements including background, drug test, MVR, agility and fit for duty.</li>\n</ul>",
