By overseeing compliance with liquor and gaming regulations, managing inventory and cost controls, and fostering a culture rooted in safety and hospitality, you help create a vibrant, well‑run environment where guests can enjoy unforgettable moments and team members can thrive.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Where You'll Make an Impact:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Adhere to, implement and follow all policies of the department and company</li>\n <li>Supervises and assists in daily training of managers and hourly employees and maintains open communication between all personnel working in department</li>\n <li>Maintains appropriate beverage inventories and quality control with the service of alcohol</li>\n <li>Ensures quality control and timeliness of beverage service. </li>\n <li>Assists in controlling labor/beverage cost for department. </li>\n <li>Knowledge of safety procedures to ensure employee and guest safety</li>\n <li>Understands all PLCB regulations and ensures compliance of all applicable liquor laws for the department</li>\n <li>Ensures compliance with all federal and state gaming regulations</li>\n <li>Achieves budgeted revenues, control expenses and labor costs, and maximize profitability within all areas beverage</li>\n <li>Maintains company operating standards.  Demonstrates professionalism that reflects our brand and company values</li>\n <li>Responds to guest trends, needs, issues, comments and problems to ensure a quality experience and enhance future sales prospects</li>\n <li>Ability to extend complementariness in accordance with the property comp matrix. Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills to Help You Succeed:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to analyze and interpret beverage operation results.</li>\n <li>Ability to solve complex problems.</li>\n <li>Ability to perform assigned duties under pressures.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of sanitation laws and health regulations and applicable OSHA regulation.</li>\n <li>A variety of task and deadlines requires irregular work schedule.</li>\n <li>Ability to perform assigned duties in an interruptive environment.</li>\n <li>Accuracy in completing assigned duties in a timely manner.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Must-Haves:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Preferred, five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in restaurant management and supervision in a fine dining facility.</li>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.</li>\n <li>Must be Serv-Safe and RAMP certified.</li>\n <li>Must have full working knowledge of POS.</li>\n <li>Must have knowledge of approved Responsible Gaming Program.</li>\n <li>Mathematical skills, including basic math, budgeting, profit/loss concepts, percentages, and variances are utilized frequently.</li>\n <li>Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license as determined by the State and Gaming Commission for the position.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work long hours.</li>\n <li>Ability to stand for long periods of times without sitting or leaning.</li>\n <li>Ability to climb stairs multiple times daily.</li>\n <li>Ability to handle multi-tasking-heavy work-exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and up to 30 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.</li>\n <li>Ability to climb, bend, stretch, twist or reach with your body and arms.</li>\n <li>Ability to work under variable temperatures and noise levels.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Working Conditions:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>24/7 high energy casino with over 300,000 sq. ft of gaming and entertainment space and approximately 2000 employees.</li>\n <li>Exposed to alcohol, cigarette and cigar smoke, bright lights, and loud noises.</li>\n <li>You will work in an environment where smoking is allowed.</li>\n <li>Required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.</li>\n <li>Handling, carrying or lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p><strong>Perks We Offer You</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Comprehensive group health benefits for full-time and part-time Team Members and their eligible dependents.
