We&rsquo;re looking for an Industrial Painter who takes pride in craftsmanship, enjoys hands-on work, and understands that details matter.</p><p data-start=\"1296\" data-end=\"1463\">Whether you&#39;re an experienced manufacturing painter or have strong painting experience in automotive, or a related environment, we&#39;d love to talk with you.</p><h2 data-section-id=\"11vcmyo\" data-start=\"1465\" data-end=\"1482\">What You&#39;ll Do</h2><p data-start=\"1484\" data-end=\"1583\">In this role, you&#39;ll help prepare and finish hydraulic components and assemblies for production by:</p><p data-start=\"1585\" data-end=\"2150\">&bull; Preparing surfaces for paint using cleaning tools, sanding, grinding, masking, and other prep methods<br data-start=\"1688\" data-end=\"1691\">&bull; Applying industrial coatings using spray equipment and other painting methods<br data-start=\"1770\" data-end=\"1773\">&bull; Mixing paints and coatings according to work instructions<br data-start=\"1832\" data-end=\"1835\">&bull; Inspecting painted parts for quality and appearance<br data-start=\"1888\" data-end=\"1891\">&bull; Performing touch-ups and correcting finish issues as needed<br data-start=\"1952\" data-end=\"1955\">&bull; Maintaining paint equipment and keeping your work area clean and organized<br data-start=\"2031\" data-end=\"2034\">&bull; Following safety procedures and using required PPE<br data-start=\"2086\" data-end=\"2089\">&bull; Working closely with team members to keep production moving</p><h2 data-section-id=\"nbk8dt\" data-start=\"2152\" data-end=\"2177\">What We&#39;re Looking For</h2><p data-start=\"2179\" data-end=\"2565\">&bull; Previous experience in industrial painting, automotive painting, manufacturing, powder coating, or a related field preferred<br data-start=\"2305\" data-end=\"2308\">&bull; Experience operating spray equipment is helpful<br data-start=\"2357\" data-end=\"2360\">&bull; Ability to read and follow work instructions<br data-start=\"2406\" data-end=\"2409\">&bull; Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality<br data-start=\"2463\" data-end=\"2466\">&bull; Dependable attendance and a positive team mindset<br data-start=\"2517\" data-end=\"2520\">&bull; Willingness to learn and develop new skills</p><h2 data-section-id=\"1xof1uw\" data-start=\"2567\" data-end=\"2603\">Helpful Experience (Not Required)</h2><p data-start=\"2605\" data-end=\"2621\">Experience with:</p><p data-start=\"2623\" data-end=\"2818\">&bull; Multi-part coating systems<br data-start=\"2651\" data-end=\"2654\">&bull; Airless, conventional, or HVLP spray equipment<br data-start=\"2702\" data-end=\"2705\">&bull; Industrial coatings such as epoxy or polyurethane systems<br data-start=\"2764\" data-end=\"2767\">&bull; Quality inspection tools and coating measurements</p><p data-start=\"2820\" data-end=\"2913\">Don&#39;t check every box? We value attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.</p><h2 data-section-id=\"1jrwfht\" data-start=\"2915\" data-end=\"2934\">Work Environment</h2><p data-start=\"2936\" data-end=\"3161\">This position works in a manufacturing environment and includes exposure to noise, paint fumes, dust, moving equipment, and varying temperatures. Required PPE may include safety glasses, safety shoes, gloves, and respirators.</p><h2 data-section-id=\"1xt9vr0\" data-start=\"3163\" data-end=\"3187\">Physical Requirements</h2><p data-start=\"3189\" data-end=\"3360\">The employee will regularly stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
