Senior Product Designer

The Opportunity 📈 We're hiring a Senior Product Designer to join Honeydew’s talented and growing Design team. This is a full ownership role, as you'll take design problems from first principles through to final specs. What You'll Do Own product areas end-to-end: problem framing, flows, wireframes, and prototypes Build and maintain a design system that scales as the product grows Work closely with Product and Engineering throughout the build process Run lightweight research and usability testing to validate direction Contribute design output that informs both engineering and broader product decisions What We're Looking For Experience with end-to-end ownership — you understood the problem, drove the solution, and saw it through to delivery Strong systems thinking: design systems, component libraries, or work that demonstrates consistency at scale Strong ability to lead Design Reviews, clearly articulating complex UX ideas and getting the right feedback Startup experience where you've had to create structure from scratch Recent experience using AI-assisted tools where they genuinely add speed or quality Experience in healthcare and/or e-commerce a plus You’ll Thrive Here If… You love rolling up your sleeves and building from the ground up You love talking to people and being curious about their journey You care about finding the right match and best outcome You are empathetic, driven, and operate with high integrity You care about building and providing a great candidate experience You believe healthcare should be accessible to everyone, not just the privileged few You find joy in doing work that matters What You Get Direct impact you can measure Ability to grow within the company $100 monthly tech stipend Free Honeydew membership Direct access to new dermatology treatments 20% off Honeydew products Bi-monthly get togethers Peer-to-peer recognition through Motivosity Health insurance & HSA match 401(k) retirement savings with employer match Unlimited time off NYC Hybrid or Remote: While we love the energy of our West Village office, we are an outcome-focused culture. We're looking for the best person for the job, whether you’re in New York or working remotely. The target base salary for this role is $166,000 – $179,000. Final offers are calibrated based on your specific skill set, depth of experience, and geographic location.
