      "content": "\n<li>Experience as a Data Cable Technician.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Strong background in installing and troubleshooting structured cabling systems in retail environments.</li>\n<li>Must hold a current valid State required license(s) for low voltage/burglar alarm/fire alarm/security/CCTV.</li>\n<li>Available for extensive travel.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Flexible and willing to work on-call, day or night shifts as the jobs require.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Experience reading blueprints and site maps.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Experience in CCTV, Voice, and Fire Alarm cabling is a plus.</li>\n<li>Knowledgeable in identifying independent colors and learning color codes.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Ability to work in cramped spaces.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Experience working with Copper and Fiber.</li>\n<li>Ability to operate a BOOM or scissor lift, and ability to work at heights.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Has PPE, basic telecommunication tools, and hand tools.</li>\n<li>Reliable transportation with required insurance coverage.</li>\n<li>Must have knowledge of cabling infrastructure.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Great communication skills; verbal and written.</li>\n<li>Excellent customer relationship skills.</li>\n<li>Highly proficient with the use of email, spreadsheets, and the ability to learn internal systems.</li>\n<li>Experience in conduit installation is a plus.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; no DUI or DWI in the last three years.</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>Installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of various cabling infrastructure.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Run low voltage cabling in commercial buildings, including drilling concrete walls and limited conduit work.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Ensuring all cables are neatly tied and bundled according to safety regulations.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Assist with pre-installation opportunities&nbsp;by designing and planning technical solutions</li>\n<li>Installing of cable support structures such as j-hooks, cable racks, and innerduct.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Conduct tests to ensure all newly installed cable systems and component devices are operational.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot issues with cable networks.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Ensure electrical systems meet local, county, state, or federal codes; legal and/or insurance requirements.</li>\n<li>Adhere to all required project safety requirements as set forth by Wachter, our customers, or OSHA.</li>\n<li>Perform any other duties not specifically stated herein, but which your supervisor may assign.</li>\n\n<div>&nbsp;</div>\n\n<li><strong>Technicians with experience in CCTV, voice, and data cabling are encouraged to apply.</strong></li>\n"
