    "description_html": "<p>We are looking for an ambitious and fun individual to join our hard working food and beverage team at the <strong>Le Meridien | Sheraton Charlotte Hotel. </strong>Our goal is to enhance the customer experience by having an enthusiastic staff to ensure event guests are well taken care of!</p><ul><li>Carry dirty dishes from dining room to kitchen.</li><li>Replace soiled table linen and set tables with silverware and glassware including polishing silver and wiping down spotted glasses.</li><li>Assist with rolling silver into napkins for service presentation on tables</li><li>Replenish supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes in dining room.</li><li>Supply service bar with food, such as soups, salads, and desserts.</li><li>Service ice water and butter to guests.</li><li>Clean and polish glass shelves and doors of service bars and equipment such as coffee urns and cream and milk dispensers.</li><li>Run errands or deliver food orders to offices.</li><li>Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws</li><li>Maintain equipment in good condition</li><li>Report on any shortages, damages or security issues</li><li>Handle reasonable guests complaints/requests and inform others when required</li></ul>",
