    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p><br></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>SUMMARY</strong></p><p>Provide crisis support and stabilization to youth and adults in the Red Rock coverage area to help prevent need for higher level of care. Collaborate with URC staff, CSU, Transport, Licensed Mental Health Professionals, individuals/families and community providers to help the individual in crisis maintain safety in the least restrictive environment possible.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Respond to calls from the communities, family, and Red Rock Out-Patient offices for crisis support and stabilization</li><li>Develop crisis/safety plans to help the individual be able to safely maintain in the community</li><li>Help facilitate a high quality level place of care when necessary</li><li>Complete paperwork and billing as required</li><li>Travel to the community to meet face-to-face in a safe location when necessary</li><li>Support and assist with the facilitation of Care Plans for Red Rock consumers.</li><li>Maintains core competencies in relation to working with co-occurring disorders through continuing education and implementing skills into all aspects of treatment</li><li id=\"isPasted\">Performs other duties as required</li></ul><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul><li>Must meet one of the following parameters:<ul><li>Current BHCM II Certification</li><li>Bachelor&#39;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in a Behavioral Health field&nbsp;</li><li>RN with Behavioral Health Experience</li><li>Bachelor&#39;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in any field and 6 months of Behavioral Health experience</li><li>60 College credit hours in any field wand 12 months of Behavioral Health experience</li><li>HS Diploma or equivalent and 36 months of Behavioral Health experience</li><li>Have demonstrated recovery from a mental health diagnosis, substance abuse disorder or both</li></ul></li><li>Commitment to the mission of Red Rock BHS</li><li>Must have a valid Driver&rsquo;s License and clean driving record</li><li>Must be willing to work a flexible schedule</li></ul><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</strong></p><ul><li>Must have the ability to stand or sit for long periods of time</li><li>Must have the ability to lift, push, or pull a minimum of 50 pounds</li><li>Ability to travel locally approximately 80% of the time</li><li>Ability to use telephone, PC, fax machine, copy machine, and printer</li></ul><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>HOW WE TAKE CARE OF YOU!</strong></p><ul><li>We pay a generous portion of your Health Insurance</li><li>Low-cost Dental and Vision Insurance</li><li>Retirement Plan with employer contributions equal to 5% of annual salary</li><li>Student Loan Repayment Options</li><li>No Cost Employee Assistance Plan</li><li>3 Weeks Paid Time-Off (increases annually between years 2-10)</li><li>9 Paid Holidays</li><li>1 Floating Holiday to use at your discretion.</li><li>4 Rest and Relaxation Days</li><li>3 days of Education Leave</li><li>4 hours of Volunteer Leave</li><li>Eligible for Pay Increases and Bonuses Annually</li><li>Employer Paid Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance</li></ul><p><span style=\"color: black;\"><strong>Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities</strong></span></p><p>Red Rock Behavioral Health Services does not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, age, marital/familial status, sexual orientation, or disability.</p></div></div>\n<br/>Monday - Thursday 3pm til 1am",
