    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Team Lodge Manufacturing Technician Job Summary</span></p>\n<p>This position is primarily a shop focused job. The right candidate should have familiarity with construction methodologies. Willing to train personnel with related background and skills.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cutting materials with chop saw, shear, table saw</li>\n<li>Operate CNC router</li>\n<li>Operate pneumatic tools in the installation and assembly process<br></li>\n<li>Applying foam insulation spray</li>\n<li>Cleaning tools and equipment</li>\n<li><span>Work closely with team members in order to perform tasks essential for completion of fish houses, including installation of floors, walls, windows, doors, wiring, etc.</span><span> </span></li>\n<li>Operating Telehandler and Forklift as necessary</li>\n<li>Assist with training new employees as needed</li>\n<li>Follow all safety protocols</li>\n<li>Follow all quality guidelines and standards</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"><span style=\"color: #222222\">Ability to read and interpret documents furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, quality manuals, </span><span style=\"color: #222222\">blueprints</span><span style=\"color: #222222\">, and procedure manuals.</span><span style=\"color: #222222\"> </span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"><span style=\"color: #222222\">Must be able to read a tape measure, identify and measure material.</span><span style=\"color: #222222\"> </span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"><span style=\"color: #222222\">Ability to perform simple shop math, convert decimals to fractional equivalents.</span><span style=\"color: #222222\"> </span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"><span style=\"color: #222222\">Must be able to lift or move 50-75 lbs occasionally</span><span style=\"color: #222222\"> </span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"><span style=\"color: #222222\">Must be able to reach overhead, bend, and crouch for 3-5 minutes at a time</span><span style=\"color: #222222\"> </span></span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<ul></ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Sentry strives to recruit people with the following core values, Hardworking, Optimistic, Passionate about what they do, with integrity and who ultimately want to \"ride for the Sentry brand\"...</p>",
