In return for your contributions, you will be rewarded with career growth opportunities, an incredibly competitive market salary, and other benefits that include:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Paid time off (PTO)</li>\n <li>Paid Holidays</li>\n <li>Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans</li>\n <li>401(k) with a high percentage match</li>\n <li>Generous profit sharing</li>\n <li>Cell phone stipend</li>\n <li>Referral bonus opportunities</li>\n <li>Employee discounts</li>\n <li>And more!</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>JOB TITLE</strong>: Dispatch Manager, Building Materials</p>\n<p><strong>JOB LOCATION</strong>: SW Idaho</p>\n<p><strong>FUNCTION</strong>: The Dispatch Manager, Building Materials oversees the timely and efficient fulfilment of lumber orders to Sunpro Customers.</p>\n<p><strong>REPORTING TO</strong>: Building Materials Location Manager</p>\n<p><strong>KEY ACTIVITIES</strong>:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Visualize, fulfill, and implement the company vision and core values;</li>\n <li>Timely and correctly oversee the dispatch and delivery of materials to customers;</li>\n <li>Gather information needed for deliveries and enter information in the computer;</li>\n <li>Continually monitor demand, dispatch delivery trucks, and verify each load;</li>\n <li>Maintain complete and accurate documentation, reports, and sales records;</li>\n <li>Oversight and maintenance of inventory;</li>\n <li>Assist in the management of operational and sales activities;</li>\n <li>Assist customers in problem resolution;</li>\n <li>Review, understand, and adhere to Sunpro policies and procedures;</li>\n <li>May prepare daily cash on delivery (COD), special bank deposits, and other COD preparation;</li>\n <li>Maintain insurable driving record;</li>\n <li>Oversight of yard vehicles and equipment;</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with all operations safety requirements;</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS</strong>:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong leadership and communication skills;</li>\n <li>Ability to develop and mentor others & foster teamwork.</li>\n <li>Basic knowledge of construction industry;</li>\n <li>Effective organizational skills;</li>\n <li>Strong computer and 10-key skills;</li>\n <li>General mathematic skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE</strong>:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</strong>:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Physical Work Requirements – Medium/heavy: exerting up to 50 lbs of force regularly;</li>\n <li>Repetitive motion associated with operating equipment;</li>\n <li>Regular exposure to the elements;</li>\n <li>Frequent bending, standing, lifting, and ongoing physical activity</li>\n</ul>\n<p>This description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, efforts, or work conditions associated with this job.
