Job Description: As a Founding Engineer, you will build the primitives that allow AI agents to communicate, authenticate, and operate in the real world. You will design intuitive APIs and high-performance distributed systems, owning projects from 0 to 1 while processing hundreds of thousands of emails daily for a rapidly expanding user base. What you will do: Design and implement core backend infrastructure and APIs specifically optimized for AI agents as the primary end-users. Architect and scale low-latency distributed systems capable of processing high-volume communication and authentication requests. Lead end-to-end product initiatives from initial system design through to production rollout and customer feedback cycles. The ideal candidate: Technical Mastery: Proven experience shipping production-grade software and managing complex cloud infrastructure or distributed systems at a high-growth startup. Product Ownership: A 0-to-1 builder who obsesses over quality and is comfortable making critical decisions across the entire stack.
