Typical time will be 12:00 am- 8:00 am*</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Comprehensive Benefits from Day 1 — Medical, Dental, Vision</strong></p>\n<p><strong>401(k) with Company Match</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Tuition Reimbursement up to $5,000 Annually</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Ongoing Training and Career Development Opportunities</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Direct daily warehouse and route driver operations, ensuring accurate product breakdown, loading, and on-time delivery across client sites</li>\n <li>Manage driver scheduling, vacation coverage, and onboarding and training for new route personnel</li>\n <li>Review End-of-Day (EOD) reports and follow up with the team to close gaps and maintain accountability</li>\n <li>Ensure fleet vehicles are properly maintained, serviced, and compliant with company and client standards</li>\n <li>Serve as the primary communication hub between drivers, warehouse staff, and General Manager — keeping everyone aligned and informed</li>\n <li>Support on-site pantry service operations, ensuring consistent product availability and a high-quality experience for client employees</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
