Join us in shaping the future of hospitality! About the Role The Senior Accountant will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of the company’s financial reporting. This position will own key accounting processes end-to-end, support month-end close, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve financial operations. You will also support core financial operations - including billing, revenue processes, and adherence to GAAP - ensuring the company maintains a high standard of financial discipline. Responsibilities Manage key components of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines. Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and detailed variance analyses. Own critical balance sheet and P&L areas, such as revenue, accruals, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, or payroll accounting. Support annual financial statement audits, tax filings, and compliance deliverables. Partner with FP&A, Operations, and other teams to ensure financial information is complete, accurate, and consistent. Identify opportunities to automate or streamline accounting processes and drive operational excellence. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CPA-track strongly preferred. 4–6+ years of accounting experience, ideally with a mix of public accounting and private industry. Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, billing processes, and accounting operations. Hands-on experience with Maxio (or comparable system) for revenue, billing, or subscription management is required. Advanced Excel/Sheets skills; experience with modern ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) is a plus. Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Compensation The base salary range for this role is $ 105,000-$120,000 . In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a performance-based bonus paid quarterly, with a target of $ 10,000-$15,000. annually. This brings the total expected cash compensation range to $ 115,000 - $135,000 . Compensation is subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. Actual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s skill level, experience, and specific work location. This role may also include the opportunity to earn equity.
