The center maintains a <strong>#1 ranking for PDPM/CMI performance amongst 24 National Health Care Associates facilities in CT</strong>, and will soon  be starting a $4 million renovation project.  We are seeking an Interim Licensed CT Nursing Home Administrator to maintain the center's exceptional level of performance until we find a suitable replacement. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As a Nursing Home Administrator, you will be the chief executive and entrepreneurial leader of your center. You will develop and execute a strategy for operational excellence and growth, setting goals and objectives aligned with the mission.
