This position is responsible for collaborating with several IT parties to ensure functional and nonfunctional testing in several workstreams is done thoroughly to reduce likelihood of business interruptions and regulatory risks for IEHP. Provide hands-on assistance to Team Members when needed.</li>\n<li>Organize the daily efforts of Quality Engineering Team Members working on multiple applications, monitoring productivity, and providing constructive feedback and coaching. Provide technical leadership to the team related to technical problems, testing solutions, automation framework, and testing standards. Perform annual reviews and set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company's plans and vision.</li>\n<li>Develop QA test strategies and test plans for large/complex enhancements, make recommendations, and ensure that project risks are mitigated.</li>\n<li>Lead efforts to improve and evolve testing strategies. Work towards overall DevOps process improvement in several IT areas. Organize and improve documentation of business rules and Test management in DevOps or any other tools chosen by the organization.</li>\n<li>Work closely with Automation QA team to provide business knowledge and provide manual Regression testcases on stabilized applications to be automated.</li>\n<li>Lead the implementation of automated build test processes to ensure that the code delivered to quality assurance are of the highest quality. Streamline the automation in a CI/CD pipeline. Build hands on Automation scripts utilizing tools as needed.</li>\n<li>Work directly with business users and IT groups for requirement analysis and test planning purposes in Agile environment and identify any risks or impacts during Sprint planning/early stages of Development.</li>\n<li>Oversee and lead root-cause analysis on high priority production issues and contributes towards developing solutions.</li>\n<li>Develop Complex SQL reports as needed to investigate data-related issues.</li>\n<li>Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with business partners, ensuring that proper UAT is performed.</li>\n<li>Work on a variety of projects involving data management, API test design and test development.</li>\n<li>Perform any other duties as required to ensure Health Plan operations and department business needs are successful.</li>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Education & Requirement</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Eight (8) years of recent experience with test automation tools and processes</li>\n <li>Experience performing heavy data validation and ETL processes testing</li>\n <li>Experience with SQL Query Writing and ability to script automated testcases</li>\n <li>Experience in a lead or supervisory capacity required</li>\n <li>Preferred: Prior development experience is plus</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering from an accredited institution required</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Key Qualifications</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong comprehensive knowledge and understanding of:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Current business practices and computing systems, IT development methodologies and operations</li>\n   <li>Health payer data</li>\n   <li>Healthcare Industry standard message EDI formats like HL7(ADT's, Orders, Charges), X12 (837/834, 270/271, 276/277), NCPDP, HIPPA, and other relevant formats</li>\n   <li>Various types of testing, including Functional, API, Integration, Data integrity, Regression, security, Performance Testing etc</li>\n   <li>Multiple automation frameworks and ability to learn new ones quickly</li>\n   <li>Agile and DevOps processes</li>\n   <li>Process improvement methodologies such as LEAN or other comparable methodologies</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills</li>\n <li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</li>\n <li>Strong logical reasoning skills and business intelligence</li>\n <li>Ability to perform API testing using Ready API/SoapUI/Postman and automation of APIs</li>\n <li>Excellent organizational skills</li>\n <li>Problem-solving skills, creativity, and critical thinking</li>\n <li>Excellent written and oral communication skills</li>\n <li>Ability to present to senior management</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a collaborative and inclusive environment with the willingness to listen to alternative points of view</li>\n <li>Creative thinking to optimize test approach and efficiency</li>\n <li>Empathy for how users interact with products</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language</li>\n <li>Ability to identify and resolve conflicts among Team Members</li>\n <li>Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment</li>\n <li>Flexible attitude and can adapt to a fast-changing environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Start your journey towards a thriving future with IEHP and apply TODAY!</p>\n<h2>Work Model Location</h2>\n<p>This position is on a hybrid work schedule.
