Services we provide include general contracting, design-build, construction management, concrete, civil, industrial, new construction, additions and renovations, and streetscapes.</span></p><div><h2 data-pasted=\"true\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">PRIMARY PURPOSE</span></h2><p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">The <strong>Senior Project Manager</strong> (SPM) provides leadership and oversight for multiple commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with company standards and client expectations. This role supports project teams, mentors Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers, and helps drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.</span></p><h2><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES</span></h2><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Prioritize Safety, Quality, and Production by enforcing company standards, systems, and policies.</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Manage multiple projects, including budgets, schedules, contracts, customer relationships, and overall project performance.</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Lead, mentor, and support Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams.</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Review and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders.</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Monitor project budgets, job costs, forecasts, schedules, and profitability.</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Coordinate with field leadership regarding manpower, equipment, procurement, and project execution.</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Review and approve invoices, pay applications, and project expenditures.</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Oversee project documentation including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project correspondence.</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">QUALIFICATIONS</span></h2><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Bachelor&#39;s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">10+ years of commercial construction experience, including 5+ years in a Project Management role.</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Experience managing multiple commercial, industrial, municipal, or government construction projects.</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif;
