Listed on London Stock Exchange; Member of the FTSE 250 Index.</p>\n<p></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for operating a variety of equipment to support the production in a safe, timely manner</li>\n <li>Use micrometers, calipers, pin gages, comparator, and various other inspection equipment appropriately</li>\n <li>Sets up and operates one or more slide-forming machines and or CNC machines to automatically punch, cut, and form metal strips and wire</li>\n <li>Perform inspection operations relevant to the department</li>\n <li>Complete work orders and department-related paperwork</li>\n <li>Maintain department housekeeping (6S) and strive for continuous improvement</li>\n <li>Mechanically inclined</li>\n <li>Ability to read drawings, quality, and other related documents and instructions</li>\n <li>Spooling Material</li>\n <li>Observes all Company and safety rules</li>\n <li>Uses mill orders and sets up machine with dies/cutters/guides as required</li>\n <li>Performs other tasks and duties as assigned</li>\n <li>Understands the cost of scrap contamination and guards against it</li>\n <li>Responsible for operating 1 or more rolling mills at a time in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Load wire and set up each stand of the mill</li>\n <li>Inspect the wire quality throughout each step of the process using testing equipment such as micrometers, hardness testers and shadowgraphs, and verify correct measurements</li>\n <li>Must be a team player</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li>\n <li>Basic computer skills </li>\n <li>Good communication skills and able read/write English </li>\n <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a team player</li>\n <li>1-2 years Manufacturing stamping, wire forming related experience is preferred </li>\n <li>Individual must be a Citizen of the United States, or Permanent resident alien of the United States, or Protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Morgan is proud to offer its employees with the following:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Great opportunity with training provided for advancement.</li>\n <li>Benefits start on first day of regular full-time employment.\n  <ul>\n   <li>Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K,</li>\n   <li>Vacation, Holiday, and Sick time.</li>\n   <li>Quarterly Bonus</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Salary: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour. </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Morgan Advanced Materials</strong></p>\n<p>Morgan Advanced Materials is a world leader in advanced materials development and production.
