    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><b><u>Primary Duties &amp; Responsibilities</u></b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead and manage full cycle recruiting for multiple roles of varying seniority</li>\n <li>Build relationships with internal clients, vendor partners, and team members</li>\n <li>Collaborate with leadership and hiring teams to develop an understanding of current and future hiring needs while assessing priorities and ensuring alignment&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Develop innovative solutions for hiring needs</li>\n <li>Lead successful ongoing status updates with all hiring managers</li>\n <li>Management of interview process for each candidate in a professional manner</li>\n <li>Manage both internal and external customer expectations during recruiting life cycle</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b><u>Education &amp; Experience</u></b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>5 years full cycle recruiting</li>\n <li>BA/BS Degree preferred or equivalent experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b><u>Skills</u></b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent sourcing skills</li>\n <li>Have experience developing a pipeline to recruit a diverse slate of candidates&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Experience with utilizing a variety of sourcing strategies and tools, including proactive phone, internet, and social media research</li>\n <li>ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates</li>\n <li>Ability to identify appropriate candidates through both behavioral interviewing and technical interviewing</li>\n <li>Strong experience with preparing offers including evaluation of salaries, RSUs, relocation packages, and signing bonuses</li>\n <li>Strong interpersonal, teaming, and problem-solving skills</li>\n <li>Able to analyze hiring and market trends to recommend data-driven solutions&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b><u>Safety Requirements</u></b></p>\n<p>All employees are required to follow the site EHS procedures and Coherent Corp.
