Transform.</p><p>If you thrive in the details and the big picture, this role is for you.</p><p><br></p><p>Quickparts is hiring a <strong>Project Coordinator</strong> to serve as a critical link between production and support functions within our Clinton facility. This role is responsible for coordinating job execution, ensuring accurate communication across departments, and supporting on-time delivery through proactive planning, material coordination, and schedule alignment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Why This Role Matters</strong></p><p>The Project Coordinator is critical to our operational continuity and production success. In this role, you will:</p><p>✔ Serve as the primary communication hub for the Clinton facility</p><p>✔ Drive alignment across molding, tooling, engineering, scheduling, and quality</p><p>✔ Protect on-time delivery by proactively identifying and escalating project risks</p><p>✔ Ensure all departments are aligned on production priorities and schedule changes</p><p>✔ Maintain the accuracy of critical job documentation and system workflows</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as the primary communication hub for the Clinton facility, ensuring clear, timely, and accurate information flow between molding, tooling, design/engineering, scheduling, quality, materials, purchasing, and shipping.</li><li>Ensure all departments are aligned on production priorities, customer requirements, and schedule changes.</li><li>Own daily production status reporting by attending production meetings and delivering accurate, actionable updates on job status and risks.</li><li>Review, validate, and release work orders for accuracy and completeness, ensuring alignment with workflows and documentation standards.</li><li>Maintain accurate job travelers, production folders, and traceability documentation.</li><li>Drive alignment with production scheduling by ensuring all job-critical information is accurate and reflected in the production plan.</li><li>Coordinate material readiness with purchasing and materials teams, ensuring timely procurement of resins, colorants, additives, and inserts.</li><li>Actively monitor project and production status, identifying and escalating risks such as material shortages, tooling delays, capacity constraints, and scheduling conflicts.</li><li>Support operational continuity by providing backup coverage across scheduling, materials, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and purchasing during peak demand or plant disruptions.</li><li>Develop accurate rerun part quotes, utilizing current material costs, cycle times, and machine rates.</li><li>Observe all safety standards, wear required personal protective equipment, and adhere to the Company&rsquo;s Code of Conduct.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We&rsquo;re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education desired.</li><li>Experience in injection molding, plastics manufacturing, or similar production environment preferred.</li><li>Strong understanding of ERP/MES systems and production workflows.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with excellent planning and organizational skills.</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Excellent customer support service, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products; experience with CAD a plus.</li><li>A proven history of excellent attendance, including flexibility to support extended or quarter-driven hours based on business needs.</li><li>Ability to work in both office and light manufacturing environments, including sitting at a workstation, reaching, bending, and occasionally lifting light to moderate-weight items.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Why You&rsquo;ll Love It Here</strong></p><ul><li>Real ownership &mdash; your work shapes the company</li><li>High-growth, global organization</li><li>Complex technical challenges</li><li>Strong culture of accountability and collaboration</li><li>Flexible work environment</li><li>Competitive compensation</li><li>401K Employer match</li><li>Excellent health and wellness benefits</li><li>Generous Paid Time Off - Recharge with ample PTO, including vacation days, sick leave, and holidays</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Celebrate Your Strengths! &nbsp;</strong></p><p>We believe that understanding your natural behavioral style helps ensure success for both you and Quickparts.
