    "description": "<h2>Position Summary</h2>\n<p>Odyssey is looking for a <strong>Technical Integrator (Engineer III)</strong> to join our team! In this role you will support the <strong>Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Targets and Countermeasures program office</strong>. Your work will cover multiple programs, developing and refining the capabilities of the MDA target systems built to test missile defense systems.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As a Technical Integrator, you will work in a high-visibility organization that operates at the forefront of national defense innovation, combining advanced engineering, mission assurance, and cutting-edge test operations to support some of the Department of Defense’s most complex and consequential missions.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Duties include, but not limited to: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work with Program Chief engineer and Chief Product engineers to ensure timely and correct answers to data requests</li>\n <li>Compile weekly staff summaries and briefings</li>\n <li>Work with contractor teams to ensure qualification and flight test events are planned and executed correctly</li>\n <li>Work future mission planning efforts to ensure target portfolios are ready to support flight test campaign needs</li>\n <li>Provide eyes on support for major test and flight events</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Citizenship: Must be a US citizen</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>Minimum Required Qualifications</strong></em></p>\n<p><strong>Clearance</strong><strong>: </strong>Active Secret clearance</p>\n<p><strong>Education: </strong>Bachelor’s degree in STEM</p>\n<p><strong>Years of Experience: </strong>7+ years working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD program</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Familiarity with Targets and Countermeasures program office and/or MDA & DoD programs and processes</li>\n <li>Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas and produce and present clear, concise, well-organized, and audience-relevant presentations and documents</li>\n <li>Aptitude to review system engineering documentation to ensure specifications meet system needs and are accurate</li>\n <li>Capacity to work independently, as a team member, or leading teams/tasks</li>\n <li>Experience working in a configuration-controlled environment and ensuring proper levels of handling are applied to items</li>\n <li>Must have experience working with ordnance systems on launch vehicles.
