Pay Rate: $20/hr** BAYADA Habilitation is seeking compassionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Habilitation Technicians —Companions/Buddies who support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in building independence and reaching their goals. We offer PAID training to support you in your journey. How You’ll Make an Impact Build long-lasting, one-on-one relationships with a flexible schedule to fit around your life. Spend time doing fun, meaningful activities—like exercise, hobbies, community events, or rewarding programs like Special Olympics. Support clients in skill-building (budgeting, socializing, shopping, transportation, exercise, etc.). Provide care with dignity, respect, and attentiveness to each individual’s needs.
