    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>The Exploitation Analyst will provide mission critical support to the Intelligence Community by reviewing, analyzing, and responding to requests for a variety of analytic products covering a wide spectrum of topics relevant at the national and global level. You will provide technical expertise, recommendations, and briefings to senior leadership on your target(s) of interest. Success requires tenacity, initiative, creativity, and a collaborative mindset focused on mission execution. You are expected to positively support a blended team environment through excellent verbal and written communications skills.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#Sterlingincentive</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA;</p>\n<p> </p>\n<strong>Required Qualifications</strong> \n<ul>\n <li>Must possess an active, current Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph; </li>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, or 4 additional years of relevant technical experience may be accepted as equivalent; </li>\n <li>11+ years of experience working in three or more of the following: analysis, network engineering, network security, offensive experience, technical collection, penetration testing, “red teaming”, hardware engineering, software reverse engineering, and computer exploitation; </li>\n <li>7+ cumulative years of experience leveraging collection capabilities and dissemination systems; </li>\n <li>Experience analyzing current and emerging intelligence issues, and creating intelligence reports; </li>\n <li>Demonstrated mastery of how to query multi-INT targeting tools and databases, as well as triage and analyze the resultant data;</li>\n <li>Significant cyber expertise, including working telecommunications topics of interest;</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences using exceptional written and oral communication skills;</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team;</li>\n <li>Willingness and ability to adapt to dynamic and unexpected customer requirements</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Peraton Overview</h2>\n<p>Peraton is a next-generation national security company that drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
