At ENFRA, stability, innovation, and growth are more than just values—they are the pillars of our continued success.</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Install Service Technician I - HVAC is responsible for conducting the installation of HVAC & refrigeration systems.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Assembles and installs a wide variety of HVAC & refrigeration mechanical equipment as directed.</li>\n <li>Understanding of all phases of HVAC & refrigeration installation.</li>\n <li>Start up and commission for DX Equipment - Split systems and Packaged Units 10 tons and less.</li>\n <li>Soldering and brazing.</li>\n <li>Pipefitting - PVC, Copper and Steel Pipe.</li>\n <li>Understanding of different connectors and fasteners that are used.</li>\n <li>Organizes and clean work area.</li>\n <li>Maintains all hand tools.</li>\n <li>Lifts heavy materials at heights, in drop ceilings, on commercial roofs, and in mechanical rooms.</li>\n <li>Promotes and performs all aspects of the Company safety procedures and policies.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h4>Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Current Licensed Technician (mandatory) or verifiable experience in commercial HVAC & refrigeration systems.</li>\n <li>Ability to perform the installation of various HVAC, refrigeration and mechanical systems.</li>\n <li>Effective verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.</li>\n <li>Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Current Licensed Technician or verifiable experience in service of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.</li>\n <li>Holds an EPA Certification.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Travel Requirements</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>0-5% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Physical/Work Environment Requirements</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Ascending and descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, and/or poles.</li>\n <li>Climbing stairs.</li>\n <li>Moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces.</li>\n <li>Remaining in a stationary position, often kneeling, standing or sitting for prolonged periods.</li>\n <li>Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.</li>\n <li>Operating machinery and/or power tools.</li>\n <li>Low indoor temperature.</li>\n <li>High indoor temperature.</li>\n <li>Outdoor elements such as precipitation, heat, cold, and/or wind.</li>\n <li>Noisy environment.</li>\n <li>Medium work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 50 pounds.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2></h2>\n<p>ENFRA is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Women, Protected Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities, and participates in the e-Verify program.
