    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Logistics Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing inventory levels and maintaining accurate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts. Managing members in day-to-day department activities, ensuring MOBIS policies and procedures are carried out to achieve established business company goals and objectives in an automotive manufacturing environment.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><em>(To perform within this position successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.)</em></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Inventory Managing</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Communicate to HQ members to report inventory levels, quantities, and values</li>\n <li>Maintain inventory accuracy on the system with physical counts </li>\n <li>Implement regular physical counting and investigate the gap reason and adjustment</li>\n <li>Execute inventory analysis regularly (Slow-moving inventory, Obsolete, GR/GI, Aging)</li>\n <li>Perform daily cycle count to make sure proper inventory levels are maintained for daily production requirements  </li>\n <li>Analyze inventory levels to find the critical stock level and communicate with purchasing groups</li>\n <li>Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, inventory adjustment, and block</li>\n <li>Managing OS&D movement and scrap/return to vendor</li>\n <li>Managing New model event parts</li>\n <li>Investigate long-term inventory and verify the reason</li>\n <li>Managing consignment parts and verifying GR/GI Qty with Customer and supplier</li>\n <li>Managing HAWA parts inventory accuracy (Direct ship to HMGMA)</li>\n <li>Packaging improvement for CKD parts</li>\n <li>SAP and PDA system improvement</li>\n <li>Managing incoming material discrepancies and claims</li>\n <li>Improve incoming discrepancies with the supplier</li>\n <li>Meet all other duties assigned </li>\n</ul>\n<p><em> </em></p>\n<p><em> </em></p>\n<p><strong><em><u>AUTHORITY & SCOPE</u></em></strong></p>\n<p><strong>Supervisory Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<p>Yes</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><em>(The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required and preferred for this position.)</em></p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Education & Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field</li>\n <li>8 or more years of related experience in a complex and diversified high-volume manufacturing environment within the automotive industry</li>\n <li>6 or more years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Proven leadership skills</li>\n <li>Strong interpersonal skills in problem solving and conflict resolution</li>\n <li>Must be an effective communicator with the ability to motivate subordinates</li>\n <li>Strong ability to take decisive action in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint</li>\n <li>SAP desired (MM)</li>\n <li>Must be fluent in Korean and English, written and spoken languages</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: </strong></p>\n<p><strong>None required</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Working Conditions:  </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Position hours: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm</li>\n <li>Overtime and weekends as needed</li>\n <li>Traversing around the production floor</li>\n <li>Occasional travel as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>",
