          "text": "<p><strong>What you’ll do as an Industrial Electrician</strong></p><p>Join our dynamic team where you'll work hands-on with advanced manufacturing equipment including conveyors, robotic systems, overhead and transfer systems, and presses. We're looking for a driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain and repair electrical and mechanical systems (hydraulics, pneumatics, drives, bearings, gears).</li><li>Perform preventative maintenance using standardized procedures.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues with automation systems (PLC, I/O, VFDs, fieldbus, communication networks).</li><li>Replace or commission automation devices, including basic configuration or reloading backups.</li><li>Analyze and resolve electrical and control system issues throughout the plant.</li><li>Maintain and update technical documentation (electrical diagrams, installation notes, etc.).</li><li>Support continuous improvement efforts to minimize downtime and improve plant efficiency.</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p><p><strong>Certification</strong>: Valid Ontario or Inter-Provincial Electrician Certificate of Qualification (442A/Red Seal) required. Completion of an Electrician Apprenticeship is preferred.</p><p><strong>Experience</strong>: 3–5 years as a licensed industrial electrician in a manufacturing or automation environment.</p><p><strong>Technical Skills</strong>:</p><ul><li>Strong understanding of industrial electronics and process controls</li><li>Proficient in reading and troubleshooting from electrical diagrams</li><li>Skilled in using diagnostic tools (multimeter, oscilloscope, etc.) to troubleshoot 24VDC, 240VAC, and 480VAC systems</li><li>Hands-on experience with control panels, relays, contactors, and safety systems</li><li>Familiarity with PLCs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and HMIs; ability to read and reload PLC programs from backup</li><li>Working knowledge of VFDs (SEW, Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Lenze)</li><li>Experience with fieldbus systems (Profibus, Profinet, ASi)</li><li>Comfortable working with ASi-Safe and Profisafe systems is an asset</li></ul><p><strong>Network &amp; Software</strong>:</p><ul><li>Basic networking knowledge (IP/MAC addresses, routers, switches)</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)</li><li>Familiarity with AutoCAD for updating electrical drawings</li><li>Bonus: experience with Microsoft Visual Studio (C#, Visual Basic)</li></ul><p><strong>Mechanical Knowledge</strong>:</p><ul><li>Basic understanding of pneumatics and hydraulics</li><li>Mechanical aptitude and interest are essential</li></ul><p><strong>Other Qualities</strong>:</p><ul><li>Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills</li><li>Demonstrated ability to perform preventative maintenance</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented industrial setting</li><li>Adaptable to changing priorities and able to work cross-functionally</li></ul>",
