      "content": "<div>\n\n<li>Lead the evaluation, negotiation and closure of critical sub-contracts with Loft’s strategic suppliers</li>\n<li>Manage contract changes (e.g., waivers/deviations, addendums, exercised options) and change control throughout contract lifecycle</li>\n<li>Maintain comprehensive and auditable records compliant with company and contractual requirements</li>\n<li>Review contracts to ensure they reflect applicable technical, quality and/or regulatory requirements</li>\n<li>Monitor and report sub-contractor performance against schedule, cost and quality targets</li>\n<li>Identify, assess and mitigate supply chain risks, escalating issues whenever appropriate.</li>\n<li>Develop strong relationships both internally and externally to facilitate communication, collaboration and alignment throughout contract execution.</li>\n<li>Support sub-contractor growth and development in alignment with Loft’s needs.</li>\n\n</div>"

      "content": "\n<li>Proven experience (6+ years) in sub-contract management</li>\n<li>Experience in a company with a production / test environment</li>\n<li>Experience with procurement of electromechanical assemblies and relevant build and test processes&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Excellent organizational and analytical skills</li>\n<li>Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills</li>\n<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment</li>\n<li>Ability to work with a global team and communicate effectively</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li>\n<li>Ability to work autonomously</li>\n<li>Proficient working in ERP system (e.g., NetSuite) and with Atlassian products (e.g., Jira, Confluence)</li>\n<li>Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively</li>\n<li>Technical baseline understanding</li>\n<li>Supplier design maturity assessment</li>\n<li>Systems engineering literacy</li>\n<li>Program execution integration (IMS, risk, MR, milestone gates)</li>\n<li>Government/compliance rigor</li>\n<li>Complex aerospace supplier oversight</li>\n<li>Make/buy and strategic supplier selection</li>\n"
