About this role: Lead the evaluation, negotiation and closure of critical sub-contracts with Loft’s strategic suppliers Manage contract changes (e.g., waivers/deviations, addendums, exercised options) and change control throughout contract lifecycle Maintain comprehensive and auditable records compliant with company and contractual requirements Review contracts to ensure they reflect applicable technical, quality and/or regulatory requirements Monitor and report sub-contractor performance against schedule, cost and quality targets Identify, assess and mitigate supply chain risks, escalating issues whenever appropriate. Develop strong relationships both internally and externally to facilitate communication, collaboration and alignment throughout contract execution. Support sub-contractor growth and development in alignment with Loft’s needs.
