    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>SUMMARY</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>Plans, designs, and coordinates integration of machinery and equipment into manufacturing process of industrial establishment by performing the following duties.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;</strong>include the following. Other duties may be assigned.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Develops and writes equipment specifications, performance requirements, cost analysis, and proposal for integrating machinery and equipment such as CNC lathe, CNC mills, robotic controllers, and programmable controllers into manufacturing process.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Able to understand and write CNC (G-code) programs.</li><li>Understands CNC machine operations and setup concepts such as setting offsets, work coordinates, and tool lengths.</li><li>Oversees installation to ensure machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications.</li><li>Tests ability of machines such as robot, to perform tasks.</li><li>Confers with establishment personnel to implement operating procedures and resolve system malfunctions.</li><li>Determines parts supply, maintenance tasks, safety procedures, and service schedule required to maintain machines and equipment in prescribed condition.</li><li>Develops models of alternate processing methods to test feasibility of new applications of system components, and recommends implementation of improved procedures.</li><li>Participates in meetings, seminars, and training sessions to stay apprised of new developments in field.</li><li>Confers with workers in other departments such as marketing, legal, and engineering, to provide technical information.</li><li>Develops and conducts equipment training programs and demonstrates skills to trainees.</li><li>Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of product.</li><li>Responsible for development and adherence to the policies, procedures and instructions of the QS 9000 and MS 9000 systems.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS&nbsp;</strong>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. A.) from four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>LANGUAGE SKILLS</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors. &nbsp;Must be able to read and understand English.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>MATHEMATICAL SKILLS</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts. Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>REASONING ABILITY</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS&nbsp;</strong>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
