    "description": "<p>PUBLIC NOTICE<br>NIGHT-TIME CUSTODIAN<br>RECREATION/COMMUNITY CENTER</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Town of Seabrook is accepting applications for a part-time night-time custodian for the Recreation/Community Center. The position works under the direct supervision of the Director of Recreation.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Job Requirements:<br>-    Eighteen years of age or older.<br>-    Desire high school diploma or GED<br>-    Ability to perform heavy manual labor for extended periods under favorable or extreme weather conditions.<br>-    Must have knowledge of chemicals and cleaners needed to maintain the building efficiently<br>-    Must be in good physical condition with the ability to lift 80 lbs. and pass a physical exam and drug screen.<br>-    Must have a valid driver’s license.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Hours of work: - 15-20 hours per week (evening hours, weekdays and weekends; varies seasonally)<br>Pay Rate: - $16.137</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Applications and copies of the job description may be obtained at the town hall from the Office of the Town Manager (99 Lafayette Road, Seabrook, NH 03874, 603-474-3252) from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. weekdays or online at seabrooknh.info/employment-opportunities/.
