    "description": "<h2>Position Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>BayCare Medical Group</strong>, a physician-led organization, is seeking an experienced<strong> Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant</strong> to join our busy <strong>Cardiology practice</strong> at <strong>St. Joseph’s Hospital in Tampa, Florida</strong>. The APP will support outpatient clinic visits for for General and Interventional Cardiology patients, and inpatient rounding, contributing to a collaborative and patient-centered environment. The group currently consists of eight physicians and five APP`s dedicated to providing high quality heart and vascular care. </p>\n<h3><strong>Position Highlights:</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsibilities include stress testing, outpatient established patient/hospital follow-up visits, and inpatient rounding.</li>\n <li>Exposure to high-acuity cardiology patients and an established patient volume.</li>\n <li>Work with a highly collaborative team that values mentorship and professional growth.</li>\n <li>Weekend call coverage rotation 1 in 5 weeks, with the following Monday off.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Required two years of experience as a provider; </strong>preferrably in cardiac medicine.</li>\n <li>Able to work independently and collaboratively with multiple providers.</li>\n <li>Flexible, compassionate, and energetic with a strong team-oriented mindset.</li>\n <li>Active <strong>Florida license</strong> and certification NP-C or PA-C. <strong>Acute Care Certification is required.</strong></li>\n <li>Current <strong>DEA license</strong>.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Company Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Benefits</strong>:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>BayCare Medical Group offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package to attract and retain top talent.
