The Systems Analyst will also support and coordinate with the Multi-Family business units in reviewing, testing, and adoption of system enhancements. The Systems Analyst drives data integrity, reporting solutions, and user adoption through collaboration, documentation, and training.</span></p><p><br><b>Duties:</b></p><p><b>Platform Optimization & Support</b></p><ul><li><span>Partner with business units and Multi-Family BA to understand processes and identify opportunities for improvement.</span></li><li><span>Collaborate with IT and vendors to implement ProLink quarterly updates and new features.</span></li><li><span>Validate system changes through testing and ensure smooth deployment.</span></li><li><span>Provide guidance to end users on best practices and system functionality.</span></li></ul><p><b>Data Quality & Reporting</b></p><ul><li><span>Develop and maintain reporting tools, queries, and dashboards to support decision-making.</span></li><li><span>Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal standards.</span></li><li><span>Perform data validation activities.</span></li><li><span>Manage data mapping of imported data from various sources into ProLink.</span></li></ul><p><b>Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination</b></p><ul><li><span>Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and vendor support teams on technical matters.</span></li><li><span>Facilitate enhancement requests and issue resolution.</span></li><li><span>Participate in user group meetings and feedback sessions.</span></li></ul><p><b>Documentation & Training</b></p><ul><li><span>Coordinate user guides, process documentation, and FAQs.</span></li><li><span>Conduct training sessions for super users and business teams.</span></li><li><span>Maintain records of system configurations and change history.</span></li></ul><p><br><b>Required Experience:</b></p><ul><li><span>3–5 years in business analysis or application support, preferably in Multi-Family housing.</span></li><li><span>Experience with ProLink or similar enterprise platforms strongly preferred.</span></li><li><span>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.</span></li><li><span>Business Analysis: Requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.</span></li><li><span>Data Management: SQL reporting, data validation, and reconciliation.</span></li><li><span>Communication: Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.</span></li><li><span>Collaboration: Work effectively with IT, stakeholders, and vendors.</span></li><li><span>Documentation & Training: Clear, concise materials and user education.</span></li><li><span>Microsoft Suite: Ability to use add-ons to create custom solutions in Word and Excel.</span></li></ul><p><br><span><b>Preferred Experience:</b></span></p><ul><li><span>Understanding of modules, workflows, and configuration options in ProLink.</span></li><li><span>​C</span><span>ertifications in business analysis, project management, or ProLink training.</span></li></ul>",
