We are guided and united by our Group Purpose of “giving our world more smiles.” Visit: https://www.fujifilm.com/us/en/about/region/careers</p>\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p><strong>Essential Job Functions:  </strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Supply Chain Leadership</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support company growth, operational efficiency, and cost management.</li>\n <li>Lead and mentor the Purchasing Manager, Planning Manager, and Commodity Managers, ensuring alignment with company goals and performance expectations.</li>\n <li>Drive KPIs and performance metrics for purchasing, planning, and sourcing functions.</li>\n <li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain operations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Procurement & Strategic Sourcing</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversee purchasing operations to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of raw materials, components, and services.</li>\n <li>Guide Commodity Managers in developing sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, and long-term supplier partnerships.</li>\n <li>Manage supplier performance, risk mitigation, and contract negotiations.</li>\n <li>Identify opportunities for cost reduction and supply base optimization.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Production Planning & Inventory Management</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Supervise the Planning Manager in managing demand forecasting, production scheduling, and inventory levels.</li>\n <li>Ensure alignment between sales forecasts, production capacity, and material availability.</li>\n <li>Implement inventory control strategies to minimize excess stock while maintaining service levels.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Supplier Relationship Management</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and strategic partners.</li>\n <li>Monitor supplier quality, delivery performance, and compliance with company standards.</li>\n <li>Lead supplier development and risk mitigation initiatives.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Operational Excellence</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and finance teams to ensure supply chain effectiveness.</li>\n <li>Implement systems and processes that improve supply chain visibility and efficiency.</li>\n <li>Drive the optimization of ERP/MRP systems for supply chain planning and procurement.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Financial & Strategic Oversight</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage supply chain budgets and cost performance.</li>\n <li>Provide leadership in make/buy decisions, cost modeling, and supply chain risk analysis.</li>\n <li>Support new product introduction by ensuring supply readiness and supplier alignment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge/Experience</strong>:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).</li>\n <li>10+ years of progressive supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.</li>\n <li>5-7 years of leadership experience managing purchasing, planning, and sourcing teams.</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of procurement strategies, production planning, inventory management, and supplier negotiations.</li>\n <li>Experience with ERP/MRP systems and data-driven decision making.</li>\n <li>Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.</li>\n <li>Experience operating in an ISO-13485 / FDA environment or similar regulated industry preferred.</li>\n <li>Oracle experience is a plus.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Preferred Certifications:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>APICS CPIM, CSCP, or similar supply chain certification.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills/Abilities</strong>:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strategic thinking</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills to include executive level reporting</li>\n <li>Leadership and team development</li>\n <li>Supplier negotiation and relationship management</li>\n <li>Data analysis and problem solving</li>\n <li>Continuous improvement and process optimization</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Salary and Benefits:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>$175,000/yr. - $195,000/yr. depending on experience + variable target bonus <em>(Compensation will vary based on skills, experience and location;
