You will be packing orders; ensuring our customers get the best service and roasting coffee.</span><br><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\"> </span><br><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">The right person for this position will be highly motivated, energetic, have great communication skills and love working as part of a team. </span><br><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\"> </span><br><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">• Self-motivated</span><br><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">• Good eye for detail </span><br><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">• Excellent communicator and able to partner with multiple areas of the business</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">• A full drivers license is beneficial but not essential for the role.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">This role will initially be based in our current Dalston roastery and we will be moving to our new roastery in Tottenham towards the end of summer 2026. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">This role is a on a temporary contract, lasting until the end of January 2027 with the possibility for extension.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\"> </span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">Details:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Hours: 5 days per week around 40 hours per week.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Salary: £30,800 per annum</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Days: Monday - Friday</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Times: We operate on a rota with shifts scheduled between 6am and 8pm.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Probation period: 3 months </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Contract period: Until end of January 2027 with the posibility for extension</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Reporting to: Roastery Manager</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Experience: A love for hospitality and the coffee industry is required.
