With over 60 patents and 21,000 systems installed across 37 countries, Komline-Filtra Systems offers a wide range of products ranging from water purification, coolant/oil filtration, air/mist collectors, and pressure filters. &nbsp;</p><p><strong>About the Role:</strong> The Welder/Fabricator II fabricates a wide variety of small to large structural steel products including guards, chutes, covers, conveyors, tanks, frames, and flumes constructed of material from 14 gauge through &frac14;&rdquo; carbon steel plate and stainless steel. This role requires a higher level of independence, proficiency in multiple welding processes, and the ability to consistently produce quality work with minimal supervision.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Perform MIG and TIG welding based on project needs; adjust current, voltage, and gas flow to ensure proper metal fusion</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Set up and operate welding equipment with minimal supervision to meet production and quality standards</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Select appropriate materials and metal gauges based on job specifications</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Interpret engineering drawings, layouts, sketches, and work instructions to meet production requirements</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Use hand and power tools to assemble and finish fabricated components</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Remove slag, burrs, and sharp edges using grinders and sanders to achieve a clean finish</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Inspect completed parts for quality, accuracy, and conformance to specifications; mark with proper part numbers</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Troubleshoot minor fit-up or welding issues and make necessary adjustments</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Operate forklifts and overhead cranes to safely move materials and finished products</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Assist in training or mentoring entry-level welders as needed</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Perform other duties as assigned</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Required Skills &amp; Experience:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; High school diploma and technical school or welding certification&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; 5+ years of welding and fabrication experience in a manufacturing or shop environment</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Proficient in MIG welding; working knowledge of TIG welding required; Sub Arc welding equipment experience a plus</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols with minimal guidance</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Experience selecting proper materials and performing fit-up</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Ability to use standard measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, squares) with accuracy</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Experience using hand and power tools (grinders, drills, saws)</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Solid math skills (fractions, measurements, and basic calculations)</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet production deadlines</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (assisted or unassisted) and stand, bend, and stoop for extended periods</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Forklift and/or overhead crane experience</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety guidelines</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p><strong>Equal Opportunity Statement:</strong> Komline is an EEO Employer- M/F/Vets/Disabled</p><p>&nbsp;</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
