Ensure system integrations meet functional requirements, compliance standards, and technical specifications. Evaluate application effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability. Support delivery of operational and corporate projects aligned with project management methodologies and business priorities. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring alignment with business needs. Manage multiple concurrent projects and operational activities, ensuring timely and effective delivery. Develop and maintain operational plans to support application services and optimize resource utilization. Ensure adherence to project governance, documentation standards, and formal change management processes. Lead, coach, and mentor Business Systems Analysts and application team members. Work with operating divisions and corporate to improve operations, reduce costs, and drive efficiencies. Provide technical leadership to project managers and analysts working on development project teams.
