The Team:
The Client Relations Center (CRC) is dedicated to providing exceptional, timely and professional client service via phone, email, and live chat. Serving as an extension of our boutiques, the CRC is a vital part of the Hermès client journey, ensuring every client receives a high-touch experience that reflects Hermès’ values of service and excellence.
The Opportunity:
As a CRC Training Intern, you will provide hands-on support to the Training team, contributing to the development organization and delivery of learning programs. This internship offers exposure to luxury client relations and the operational excellence that defines the Hermès Client Relations Center and Training pillar.

As part of Generation H, you will have the opportunity to join Hermès and gain real-world, professional experience as a complement to your academic studies. In addition to the work you will provide within your specific team, you will also attend a learning-focused guest-speaker series that will provide you with exposure to various teams throughout the company; partner with a mentor who will provide feedback and coaching to support your professional skills development; network with stakeholders; and collaborate on a capstone Generation H project.
The duration of the Generation H program is five months. Please note in order to qualify for the program, you must be able to work during this five-month period. This internship is scheduled for July 13, 2026 – December 18, 2026 and this is a full-time opportunity.
All internships are in-person (non-remote) and this internship is based in the Corporate Office located in New York City. Interns are paid an hourly rate of US $20.00. A Full-Time Internship will be scheduled for 37.5 hours per week, and Part-Time will be scheduled for more than 15 hours but less than 35 hours per week.
Role and Responsibilities
Functional Responsibility
Assist in preparing creative internal client communications and organizing training materials, room set-ups, and digital content.
Aid in all aspects of preparation, set-up, and execution of teamwide events of varying scale and scope.
Observe training sessions and capture key takeaways for program evaluation.
Help manage scheduling, attendance tracking, and feedback forms for training participants.
Contribute to the refinement of training content, visuals, and onboarding resources.
Support special such as projects related to process documentation or knowledge management.
Gain exposure to CRC and eCommerce operations and participate in learning opportunities aligned with broader internship goals.
Execute all other duties and special projects assigned by Specialist.
About You:
Current student enrolled in courses pursuing studies in communications, training & development, or a related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Canva or other learning platforms Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Interest in luxury client experience and instructional design Enthusiastic, collaborative, and eager to learn in a professional environment
