    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">BC Athletics is seeking enthusiastic <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Learning Facilitators</span> to lead NCCP coaching courses in 2025. We are seeking active coaches who are passionate about facilitating and teaching NCCP Coach Education courses in a fun and engaging way. Learning Facilitators play a vital role in developing and supporting coaches by delivering high-quality instruction in their area of expertise, including:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Run, Jump, Throw, Wheel</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Sport Coach</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Club Coach</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Performance Coach</span></span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"></span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Deliver engaging and effective coach education sessions using the NCCP model</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Demonstrate basic techniques and activities to support adult learning.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Qualifications:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Min. of 5+ years coaching experience in Athletics </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Must have an active coaching practice </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Committed to continuous professional development</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Previous experience or education in adult learning/education</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Current BC Athletics Coach member in good standing</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Strong communication and interpersonal skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Ability to demonstrate physical activities at a basic level</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">NCCP Certified Learning Facilitator or willingness to complete training and certification requirements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">NCCP Certified in their area of expertise (ie.
