          "text": "<p><strong>Position Purpose:</strong></p><p>Performs duties required to prepare hazardous waste materials for incineration in a safe and efficient manner; breaks down and extracts material from various containers and repackages per process plan for feeding into the incinerator.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Primary Duties /Responsibilities:&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Assemble boxes and stage all necessary materials for processing and repackaging waste into charge boxes for incinerator.</li><li>Suit up with proper personal protection equipment and other necessary equipment for environmental protection.</li><li>Break down and extract waste materials (including hard solids that may require jackhammer) from various vendor containers and dumps into mixing pan.</li><li>Process materials into various combinations of solids, mixes and/or slurries and repackages into charge boxes per process/plan; weighs all charges to meet, process, plan specifications.</li><li>Record all material processed to maintain in-process inventory data using electronic scanning devices.</li><li>Shrink-wrap charges; move to incinerator dock for burning.</li><li>Consolidate material from drums into roll-off containers for incineration.</li><li>Reclaim vendor drums for recycling and crush drums that are not re-usable.</li><li>Dump waste hoppers and clean process area and maintain cleanliness around department.</li><li>Change out air supply banks (provides clean air source for personal protective suits) as required.</li><li>Maintain a complete inventory of personal protection equipment and other department supplies.</li><li>Communicate with all leadmen and on-coming shift crews as required.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>",
