Full-time and Locum Tenens positions with generous compensation packages are available.<br><br>Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) providing Federal customers with solutions in many arenas. Our customers face wide-ranging challenges in the fields of national security, health care, and information technology. To address these challenges, we employ intelligent and committed staff who take care of our customers’ success as if it is their own.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities</strong><ul><li>Provide comprehensive urology services, including outpatient clinic care, consults, cystoscopies, surgeries, and basic urological procedures.</li><li>Perform inpatient rounds for urological patients.</li><li>Conduct specialty exams (e.g., compensation and pension, agent orange) related to urological conditions.</li><li>Communicate test results to patients and providers per VA policy.</li><li>Provide discharge education and follow-up instructions for clinical and surgical patients.</li><li>Adhere to established medication policies (no sample medications).</li><li>Participate in on-call coverage, responding to phone consultations and being available on-site within 60 minutes.</li><li>Attend quality improvement and staff meetings as required.</li><li>Complete documentation for quality management, patient safety, and infection control.</li><li>Participate in continuous quality improvement activities and committee meetings.</li><li>Ensure compliance with patient safety standards and report incidents as required.</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely medical records in the VA electronic health record system.</li><li>Complete mandatory trainings and participate in performance evaluations.</li></ul><strong>Qualifications</strong><ul><li>Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.</li><li>Active, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in any U.S. State, Territory, Commonwealth, or the District of Columbia.</li><li>Active AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.</li><li>NPI report printout</li><li>Active DEA license</li><li>Must be able to pass a federal background investigation</li></ul><p><strong>All candidates must be able to:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift</li>\n\t<li>Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist</li>\n\t<li>Lift up to 20 lbs</li>\n\t<li>Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance</li>\n\t<li>Push/pull with 30 lbs of force</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran. </strong></p>",
