Description Under supervision, the Rooms Controller maintains daily room inventory and room assignments, handles pre-registration calls to guests when rooms become available, and handles pre-arrival calls for high occupancy days, while also performing the functions of a Front Desk Agent. Job functions Handles incoming telephone calls by screening, transferring and answering in a professional, timely, and efficient manner.
