Allowing us to hire the most talented candidates that fit into our growing team.</li><li style=\"text-align:justify;\"><strong>Presentations:</strong> You will directly support the C-Level with preparing presentations for external stakeholders</li><li style=\"text-align:justify;\"><strong>Build playbooks</strong>: As a Founders Associate intern, you will implement and improve operational processes across the entire organisation.       "value": "<strong>To succeed in this role, you:</strong><br><ul><li>Possess excellent communication skills in german and english, both written and verbal.</li><li>Are currently pursuing your Master’s degree in business studies or a related field.</li><li>Bring at least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, such as a start-up, investment banking, or consulting.</li><li>Have hands-on experience with Google Workspace tools, particularly Google Sheets.</li><li>Demonstrate exceptional analytical skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to take ownership of impactful projects.</li><li>Are highly motivated to contribute to building a start-up from the ground up.</li><li>Exhibit a hands-on mentality and a willingness to go above and beyond to achieve results.</li><li>Apply critical thinking and strategic insight to evaluate and implement the best possible outcomes.</li></ul><br><strong>Additional Information:</strong><br>We prioritize candidates who are available for 4 to 6 months.
