We're looking for someone who wants to be a part of something bigger and shares our passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences, nurturing a vibrant company culture, and building strong connections with our communities.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain a commitment to customer service and guest satisfaction.</li>\n <li>Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other beverages according to recipe.</li>\n <li>Maintain cleanliness of walk-ins and reach-ins.</li>\n <li>Adhere to all TIPS, Food Handlers and CPR standards and Hotel Polaris policies.</li>\n <li>Ensure cleanliness of bar and glassware.</li>\n <li>Take food and beverages orders, using POS system to ring items in.</li>\n <li>Ensure opening, ongoing and closing sidework is complete. </li>\n <li>Count money in cash drawers at end of shift to ensure the amounts are correct and there is adequate change.</li>\n <li>Ensure end of shift bank is balanced with appropriate procedures followed in daily drop.</li>\n <li>Obtain credit cards or room information to begin tabs.</li>\n <li>Must ensure bookkeeping and proper payment is received.</li>\n <li>Maintain seasonal liquor, beer and wine pars.</li>\n <li>Properly reports tips and hours at the end of each shift using the proper documents for recording.</li>\n <li>Ensure supplies/ingredients are properly stocked before, during and after shift.</li>\n <li>Check identification to verify age requirements for alcohol purchase/consumption.</li>\n <li>Offer menu advice and suggestions to guests.</li>\n <li>Maintain a strong knowledge of wine, beer and spirit trends.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>At least 1 year food & beverage experience preferred.</li>\n <li>At least 1 year bartending experience preferred.</li>\n <li>Must be at least 21 years of age.</li>\n <li>Must possess valid TIPS card upon hire.</li>\n <li>Must possess valid Food Handler’s card upon hire. </li>\n <li>Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends and holidays.</li>\n <li>Must be able to frequently lift and carry up to 25 lbs at shoulder height. </li>\n <li>Must be able to frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>We offer a comprehensive benefit package for full-time, regular team members that includes:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Group medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.</li>\n <li>Participation in a pre-tax flexible benefit plan for healthcare and dependent care reimbursement.</li>\n <li>Colorado Family and Medical Leave Insurance Program (FAMLI). </li>\n <li>An employee assistance program.</li>\n <li>Paid time off/sick time.</li>\n <li>Participation in a 401(k) plan with a company match. </li>\n <li>Complimentary team member meals.</li>\n <li>Complimentary room nights at CoralTree Hospitality managed properties. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Join us in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests, building vibrant communities, and shaping the future of travel and hospitality.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Job Type: Part-time</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Hourly wage: $12.50/hr</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Application deadline: This job posting will close on 6/15/2026 or until the position has been filled.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#Li-onsite #hotelpolaris</p>",
