We believe our people are our greatest asset, and we value and reward those who are committed to delivering excellence.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Diagnosing and resolving faults for AV systems including video conferencing, digital signage, audio systems, control systems, and displays.</span></li>\n<li>Back filling Permanent On-Site Technicians providing first-line support<br><span>when required.</span></li>\n<li>Conducting Preventative Maintenance calls to ensure optimal performance.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Providing technical advice and recommending solutions for AV/UC related issues.</span></li>\n<li>Liaise with internal teams and external vendors for escalated issues.</li>\n<li><span>Configuring AV and UC systems as required.</span></li>\n<li><span>Building positive client relationships through clear, professional communication.</span></li>\n<li><span>Producing accurate service reports and maintaining good ticket records of work completed.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Experience &amp; Capabilities:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Proven experience in AV installation, support, or maintenance.</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong AV experience with audio, video and control systems.</span></li>\n<li>Familiarity with major AV platforms and tools (e.g. Crestron, Extron, Zoom, Teams, Cisco Webex).</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of video conferencing systems and networking principles (LAN/WAN).</li>\n<li>Experience in fault-finding, reading AV schematics, and working with DSPs.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Strong PC skills including O365 and MS Teams.</span></li>\n<li><span>A current Construction White Card and valid Driver’s Licence.</span></li>\n<li><span>Industry certifications and accreditations (preferred).</span></li>\n<li><span>Proactive, organised and proven reliability as a part of a team</span><span> with excellent communication skills.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why you'll love working with us:</span></span></p>\n<p><span>You’ll be part of a skilled national team who travel to client sites across the NSW Region delivering high-quality service and support.
