The ideal candidate will have proven experience delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations, from solution design through deployment and post-go-live support.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Roles & Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead and deliver greenfield implementations of Dynamics 365 Finance and CRM modules.</li>\n <li>Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs.</li>\n <li>Configure, customize, and deploy Dynamics 365 Finance and CRM solutions.</li>\n <li>Own full lifecycle implementations including requirement gathering, design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.</li>\n <li>Design and implement voice/telephony integrations with Dynamics 365 (CTI, call routing, call logging, screen pops, case creation).</li>\n <li>Collaborate with telephony vendors and infrastructure teams on integration design.</li>\n <li>Design and manage integrations using Power Platform, Azure services, and APIs.</li>\n <li>Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.</li>\n <li>Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards are met.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders and provide implementation best-practice guidance.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Proven experience in end-to-end Dynamics 365 Finance and CRM implementations.</li>\n <li>Hands-on experience with voice or telephony integrations within Dynamics 365 environments.</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).</li>\n <li>Experience with system integrations, APIs, and Azure integration services.</li>\n <li>Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.</li>\n <li>Experience with Microsoft Teams Voice, Azure Communication Services, or CTI tools.</li>\n <li>Experience working on enterprise-scale ERP or CRM transformation programs.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $50.00 - USD $75.00 /Hr.",
