This is a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">fantastic opportunity</span> to start a rewarding career with Sapphire Utility Solutions working closely with one of our most exciting clients and contributing to their <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">AMP8</span> objectives.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the Role</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>As a Lining Operative, you will:</li>\n<li>Maintain great customer service and communication</li>\n<li>Adhere to company absence reporting procedure</li>\n<li>Updating and completing site documentation using electronic tablet</li>\n<li>Ensure all works are carried out in line with approved method statements and safe system of work.</li>\n<li>Carry out site specific risk assessments and discuss any changes or amendments with team member and site supervisor</li>\n<li>Perform daily vehicle checks and maintenance to ensure roadworthiness</li>\n<li>Report any issues or hazards by following company procedures</li>\n<li>Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.</li>\n<li>Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently to assist with various tasks</li>\n<li>Maintain equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.</li>\n<li>Wearing and maintaining in good condition any Personal Protective Equipment provided for your protection and bringing to your supervisor’s attention any defects or shortcomings with the equipment.</li>\n<li>Working on the back of cutting unit assisting and learning how to use and maintain the cutting unit</li>\n<li>Working with patching and lining teams to pick up various repair methods so they can move around the teams and eventually runs a van across all contracts (Training will be provided)</li>\n<li>Setting up traffic management (Training will be provided)</li>\n<li>Confined spaces entry (Training will be provided)</li>\n<li>The operative will be expected to be flexible picking up overtime if required and the occasional weekend</li>\n<li>Working away will also be required on occasion as we cover multiple contracts across the country</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience and Qualifications:</span><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">(Desirable but not essential unless stated as required)</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full UK driving license required (Required)</li>\n<li>Banksman</li>\n<li>Manual Handling</li>\n<li>Emergency First Aid</li>\n<li>NRSWA</li>\n<li>EUSR National Water Hygiene</li>\n<li>Asbestos Non-Licence with Awareness</li>\n<li>CPC Driver Training (HGV only)</li>\n<li>Confined Space Awareness</li>\n<li>Gas Monitor Training</li>\n<li>Spill Response</li>\n<li>Face Fit Tested – FFP3</li>\n<li>Calm Water</li>\n<li>EUSR Water SHEA</li>\n<li>Confined Space High Risk</li>\n<li>Abrasive Wheels</li>\n<li>WRC Approved Installer for Patching &amp; Lining</li>\n<li>Dumper Wheeled Forward Tipping</li>\n<li>EUSR Shuttering &amp; Shoring</li>\n<li>NRSWA – Operative Units (LA,01-06)</li>\n<li>Slinger and Signaller</li>\n<li>Puller Winch</li>\n<li>Counterbalance and Telehandler</li>\n<li>SSSTS</li>\n<li>Excavator used as Crane Lifting Ops</li>\n<li>WRC Approved Installer of specific Lining materials e.g.- Saertex; IMPREG; Reline</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Full training in the above will be provided if not already obtained.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join Lanes Group?</span></p>\n<p>At <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Lanes Group</span>, nothing is more important than the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">health, safety, and well-being</span> of our people and customers.
