A career at KPM simply adds up.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Job Duties may include:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver accurate and timely client tax information.<br></li>\n<li>Prepare complex returns with little supervision.</li>\n<li>Assist with supervising and training staff</li>\n<li>Meeting all client service and compliance deadlines. Providing tax expertise to address client needs.</li>\n<li><span>Maintains current and increases knowledge of subject matter:  Federal and state tax laws, regulatory and compliance requirements, and tax planning techniques.  Takes personal responsibility for career development.</span><br></li>\n<li>Work with other department staff to provide seamless client service.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Qualifications/Desired Skills:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 5 years of recent public accounting experience with an emphasis in tax<br></li>\n<li>Able to work in a multi-task environment, managing multiple priorities while delivering results</li>\n<li>Strong working knowledge of fiduciary tax return preparation and processing in a high volume environment</li>\n<li>Exercises sound judgment in decision-making, taking into consideration managing risk and compliance with internal policies and procedures</li>\n<li>Demonstrated oral, written and presentation communication skills</li>\n<li>BA/BS with a major in accounting  &amp; CPA required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>About KPM</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Since 1966, KPM has served a variety of industries and clientele, providing accounting, audit, tax, and consulting services to help clients prosper.
