projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. </p><p>This is a highly visible role requiring strong stakeholder management capability, proven delivery experience in enterprise IT environments and the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced, globally distributed organisation. </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong></p><p>Project Delivery & Management </p><ul><li><p>Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic IT and business transformation projects including Salesforce platform transformation, SAP rollout and other enterprise system implementations. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers and RAID logs throughout the full project lifecycle. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Define project scope, objectives and deliverables in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders, ensuring clear governance and accountability. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Track and report on project progress, milestones, budget consumption and risks, escalating issues to the IT PMO lead and Global IT Manager as appropriate. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ensure adherence to Bimeda’s IT PMO standards, methodologies and governance frameworks. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Coordinate and lead project workstreams involving cross-functional and cross-regional teams across North America, LATAM, Europe, Africa and Asia. </p></li></ul><p></p><p>Stakeholder Engagement </p><ul><li><p>Engage proactively with senior business and IT stakeholders, including regional CEOs, functional leads and executive sponsors, to align project objectives with business priorities. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Prepare and present clear, concise project status reports, steering committee packs and executive-level communications. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communications between business stakeholders and the IT delivery team. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Build and maintain effective working relationships with third-party vendors, system integrators and contract resource providers. </p></li></ul><p></p><p>Resource & Vendor Coordination </p><ul><li><p>Coordinate internal IT resources across the Global Technical, Data & Analytics and Global Applications functions in support of project delivery. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Work with vendors and external partners to plan resource requirements, manage deliverables and ensure contractual obligations are met. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Support procurement activities including statement of work review, vendor evaluation and onboarding in collaboration with the Global IT Manager. </p></li></ul><p></p><p>PMO & Continuous Improvement </p><ul><li><p>Contribute to the ongoing development and maturation of the Bimeda IT PMO, including templates, tooling, governance processes and reporting standards. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Share lessons learned and best practices across the project management community within Bimeda IT. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Support the Global IT Project Management lead in portfolio-level planning, capacity management and prioritisation activities. </p></li></ul><p><strong>Essential Experience & Qualifications </strong></p><ul><li><p>Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT project management, with a demonstrable track record of delivering complex enterprise technology projects. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Proven experience managing ERP, CRM or enterprise application implementations (e.g. SAP, Salesforce, QAD or equivalent). </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Solid understanding of project management methodologies including PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent – certification preferred. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Experience working in a global, multi-site organisation with geographically distributed project teams. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Proficiency in project management tooling (e.g. Microsoft Project, Planner, DevOps or equivalent). </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Excellent command of written and spoken English. </p></li></ul><p><strong>Desirable Experience </strong></p><ul><li><p>Experience in the pharmaceutical,
